ATS and CRM in one, built for small recruitment desks

Many recruiters run an applicant tracking system for roles and a spreadsheet or CRM for people, and copy between the two. Retrivr keeps both in one workspace: each role tracks its candidates from sourced to placed, and each person keeps one record across every role.

The ATS

Track every role from first message to placement

  • A pipeline per role

Candidates on a role move through stages from sourced to placed. Search, sort and change a stage in one click.

  • Screening calls into facts

Paste a call transcript and get salary, notice, location and right to work, each with the quote it came from, for you to confirm. On Basic and above.

  • Put forward with one link

Everyone you put forward appears on one page the client opens without signing in. They answer Interview or Not for us, and the answer reaches you in Retrivr.

  • Arrange the interview

When a client wants to meet someone, set the time you agreed or offer a few, and the email to the candidate is ready to send from your own mailbox.

The CRM

Keep every relationship after the role closes

  • One person, many roles

Add someone you already know to a new role from People or from their page. Their notes and history come with them.

  • Your database first

Search and Instant Match look through everyone you have saved before you go back to LinkedIn. On Basic and above.

  • Come back at the right time

Revisit reminders bring people back to Follow-ups on the date you set. On Basic and above.

FAQ

Your questions.
Short answers.

01What is the difference between an ATS and a CRM?
An applicant tracking system (ATS) follows candidates through a particular role: who applied or was sourced, which stage they are at and what the client decided. A recruitment CRM keeps the relationship over time, whatever role it is for. Recruiters need both, because the same people come up again and again.
02Do I need both?
If you fill each role once and never meet the candidates again, an ATS is enough. Most agency recruiters place the same people more than once, so the relationship matters as much as the role. Keeping both in one place means nobody is entered twice.
03Is Retrivr right for a small recruitment agency?
It is built for independent recruiters and small boutique teams. Each seat is its own private workspace, with its own roles, people and templates. For several seats or a team set-up, write to us and we will arrange it with you.
04Can clients see my notes or LinkedIn data?
No. A client’s link shows only the people you put forward and what you choose to share, such as a CV. Your notes, contact details and LinkedIn addresses are never shown.
